A guided ritual to honor the astrological new year and return of the Sun to its exaltation point, hosted by Shea of Martian Lune and Steph of Hexe Hilde via Zoom. This event will take place on March 18th, 2025 at 1:45 PM CST / 2:45 PM EST.

In this ritual space, we will briefly set the astrological stage of this moment, reorient and anchor ourselves in the physical world, honor the awakening of consciousness through breath, light, and flame as we intentionally transition into Spring .

The replay will be available for all who sign up, regardless of ability to attend the live ritual. Estimated run time will be 1 hour.

This ritual is “pay what you can” — our suggested contribution is $15. Please send your offering to Martian Lune or Hexe Hilde, which you can also do here and here.

Here are some materials we recommend gathering for the ritual:

- thread, string, or twine (and scissors or a knife to cut it)

- 4 small branches or twigs

- matches or a lighter

- a cup or vessel

- drinkable water

- 3 candles (Optional: 1 yellow or gold candle for the Sun/fire, 1 blue or green candle for the Moon/water, 1 white candle for clarity/purification)

- something to use for carving sigils into the candles (ex: toothpick, needle, pencil, etc.)

Please do not feel pressured to go out and buy any new materials — use substitutions when you need (ex: orange/red candles instead of yellow/gold, white substitutes for any color; chopsticks or pencils instead of branches or twigs). Having these items is not mandatory to effectively join in the ritual.
